... I order the part THEY suggested using my trucks VIN number so there were no mistakes...

They then (slowly) send me the wrong part... When I discover this and call their terrible customer service (which is only available monday-friday) they then inform me that a 'returns expert' will contact me within 48 hours!!... I have to wait 48 hours before I can even speak with someone about the mistake THEY made!!... ...

Then, they want the (wrong) part back BEFORE they will send me the correct part, again, remember THIS IS THEIR MISTAKE!!...

So, it's taking 2 weeks to get a simple GM part from this *** seller... Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
