Part I received was incorrect from them. They want to charge a 20% restock fee and charge me to ship it back. Their system shows one part, but then they send a total different part and wont exchange their mistake.

Can't ship me a good part

My car has been out of commission for over a month because they have shipped two drive shafts that arrived broken. The first was packaged terribly and got completely destroyed during shipping. The second was packaged better but was damaged as well. They refuse to help me beyond the normal RMA process. If a decent company had caused this many problems, they would actually try to help fix it.

I ordered a new calibration chip and received a part manufactured over 20 years ago. Not to mention, it was the wrong part. They refuse to return it. I would suggest avoiding GMPartsGiant.com at all costs.

I placed an order online and paid with my card. 1510.00 I get an email stating they cant verify my address and I have to pay with PayPal. Who can afford to pay twice? Not me! Now they have my money and I have no part!!!

Order canceled after 5 days.

called and made sure a hose was in stock and to see when the eta would be. told me it was there and ships in 1-3 days. ordered the part 3 days later they tell me i have to repay with paypal because they cant verify my credit card. okay did that next day tell me part is unavailable and order was canceled. Called about it and the dude was very pissy about it and blamed me for ordering the part. awful customer service and staff doesnt know there elbow from there ***

Order still does not ship…

This is probably the longest time Ive ever waited for an order to arrive. I literally ordered 5 packages at the same time as the one ordered from this page and they have all arrived no problem. How to you receive a order 4 times bigger than the one youre expecting to receive first and still not even a ETA or shipping number. I would never buy and never recommend anyone to this site.

Sent wrong torsion bars even after guaranteeing they were the right part for our Chevy Tahoe.

In the process of redoing are whole suspension on our Tahoe and we had ordered torsion bars for our Chevy Tahoe. We triple checked they were for our Tahoe cause we have never bought of this site before. All 3 times we checked it showed it was for our Chevy Tahoe. Start working on the Tahoe over this weekend and the damn torsion bars are 2 inches longer and now we are out a vehicle until we can get this figured out.

I sent an order for an item that clearly indicated on description set of two headphones , I received my order and only one headphone was shipped after going back and forth with GMParts for almost 3 months and they keep telling me they were trying to contact their vendor they come back to tell me that vendor indicated items was sold individually , I send them copy of the item description and show it clearly said set of two but if that is the case then give me an RMA so I can get a refund since I did not received what I ordered, GMParts comes back and tells me my RMA request is denied because products contains electrical parts , they have horrible and really poor customer service even when clearly they are in the wrong

The cheap shipper they used (FedEx Ground) left the package by street in plain view where it was stolen hours later. GMPartsGiant instructed the shipper to leave package without signature (to save them a few bucks). Took no responsibility whatsoever and refuse to file an insurance or lost package case. Their customer service handle issues with orders by telling you to go away. Avoid them and buy from reputable sellers that stand behind their delivery.

Stay away..they are not a gm legit parts company They are Brokers only and are ordering from dealers and when something is missing your screwed. Horrible customer service. Hang up on you for no reason just because they dont want to talk to you.stay away

Horrible customer service... Lies.. Still no parts

Horrible customer service. After calling several time and being told parts are shipping out today several times. Still no parts.. They lie, after asking for manager I was put on hold for 15 minutes and a lady came on acting like she was manager but she wasn't , not even a in charge person at all.. Don't buy through this company.
