One week after I placed the order, I received a notification that a few parts would be backordered. Two weeks after this email and one week after the latest "eta" for the parts, I had not yet received my order, nor had I been updated as to the status thereof.

GMPartsGiant failed to keep me updated as to the status of my order and I received no communication from them for a 2+ week time period.

I was unable to complete the work on my truck, due to the tardiness of my order and my expectation that my order would be shipped once the backordered items were obtained. Terrible experience!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
